Turnaround time depends on property size and condition. We schedule turnovers with enough buffer to aim for guest-readiness before check-in time. Contact us for an estimate based on your property.
Do you handle linen service?
Yes. We offer linen exchange ($25/bedroom) and full laundry service ($20-45/load) as add-ons. Your cleaner strips used linens, washes and folds them, or swaps them for fresh sets from your on-site supply.
What if my guest is still there when the cleaner arrives?
We coordinate with your checkout time. If a guest is running late, contact us immediately and we will adjust the cleaner's arrival. We never enter an occupied unit without your authorization.
