Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cleaning Cancellations
You may cancel your cleaning at any time. The cancellation terms depend on how soon you cancel before your scheduled cleaning date.
2. Cancellation Fees
More than 48 hours before service:
Full refund
No cancellation fees applied
24-48 hours before service:
50% refund
50% cancellation fee applies
Less than 24 hours before service:
No refund
Full cancellation fee applies
3. How to Cancel
To cancel your cleaning:
- Log into your RSB Housekeeping account
- Go to "My Cleanings" or "All Jobs"
- Select the cleaning you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Cleaning" and confirm
- You will receive a confirmation email with refund details
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Cleaner No-Show
If our cleaner fails to arrive at the scheduled time and we cannot reschedule within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us immediately at hello@rsbhousekeeping.com with documentation.
6. Service Not Completed
If our cleaner is unable to complete the service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will:
- Reschedule the cleaning at no additional cost
- Or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
7. Unsatisfactory Service
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service, please report it within 24 hours of completion. We will offer:
- A free re-clean of the affected areas
- A partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us directly at (972) 891-8577 or hello@rsbhousekeeping.com, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
